While learning about identity theft I learned many improtant things that can keep me safe. Like to make sure and tear up all important paper work with any personal information on it becsuse one way they can get your information is by dumpster diving. You also want to make sure you dont fall for any fake phone calls or emails asking for your information. I learned that I should be carful on who I tell my passwords and usernames to. You should always check your credit reports and make sure there are no mistakes.
